Wlliam Nylander is strong.
Of course, that's to be expected. He's a professional athlete. No matter what level you're at, if you get paid to play sports, you're probably reasonably strong to begin with.
But Nylander isn't just a professional athlete - he's a 20-year-old who's already played 22 games in the NHL. He was picked eighth overall for a reason; he should be playing hockey at the highest level for a long, long time.
So yeah, he's going to be a strong dude. And he already is.
That looks like it's two reps at 350+ pounds. Which is, you know... a lot. It's probably more than most of us can, or ever will, be able to do; I know I'm not trying that any time soon.
So... full year of Nylaner in the NHL next season? Full year of Nylander in the NHL.
