I don't know why some people don't do leg day. It's one of the best workout days; and besides, actually taking care of your legs is important. Especially when you rely on them as much as a hockey player does.
Fortunately, William Nylander is in favour of leg day - and he is very much at it.
That looks like a pretty good workout - you can see it in his face, especially - and it is, of course, great to see him hard at it in August.
Already with six goals and 13 points in his first 22 NHL games - and a year of his entry-level contract burned to show for it - Nylander should be a leader on the Maple Leafs' youth movement. Taking his time in Sweden into account, he's already easily got the most professional experience amongst the new wave, and it should be a really exciting year coming up.
