This on the monetization of meme-wars is very revealing of the work involved in selling things people want to be true or even just truthy.

The accounts are part of pro-Trump and pro-Harris networks sharing each other’s content multiple times a day.

No moderation in this post in general, but I am not inviting a free pass to bigotry. Again I recommend everyone read the community guidelines even if they think they don't need to. Perhaps especially in those cases. Please flag trolls, please don't flag comments because you disagree with them.

No guarantee I won't delete Trump gifs from the moderation dashboard without checking what post they're in. I mean. I almost certainly will.

There is metric assloads of disinformation out there, largely sourced in Russia so don't get fooled – and it's not okay if it's on your side.
