By all accounts Biggs is having a productive time at the USA WJC camp and today he signed his ELC with the Leafs. This shouldn't be too surprising: he's a first round pick and since he's gone to the OHL it won't affect his eligibility at all.

This probably doesn't mean he's Marlies bound or anything beyond the Leafs want to make sure to retain his rights.
