Toronto's PWHL team finally has a name, the Toronto Sceptres. It's a bit of an unexpected choice, but it will probably grow on us. It's certainly a unique name, though Taylor Swift might disagree the logo is unique.

And Natalie Spooner gave an update on her situation yesterday too including how rehab is coming along from having her torn ACL injury last season.

We're still waiting for the Leafs to announce who will be playing for the team at the rookie tournament this weekend, though some names have come out via CHL teams announcing their participation. We'll definitely get to Brandon Lisowsky and Nathan Mayes, and we expect Noah Chadwick and Ben Danford there too, though it's not yet confirmed.
