Canada opened the tournament with a 5-3 win over Russia last night. Tonight they will be back in action against Slovakia.

The NHL is back in action tonight. Twenty teams will play, but the Leafs are not one of them. They will return tomorrow to start the back-to-back Florida road trip.
The Marlies, however, were already playing yesterday, and lost 2-1 to the IceCaps in the Boxing Day Classic.
