Toronto's new ECHL affiliate, the Cincinnati Cyclones, released their Pride jersey ahead of the game in early November. The stripes are really cool. As an aside, spelling Cincinnati might take me a few tries before autocorrect gets a break.
The Washington Capitals have had an interesting offseason structure-wise. They bought CapFriendly, traded for Jakob Chychrun, and have now restructured their front office. Patrick joined the Capitals organization as a seventh round draft pick in 1994 and went to Princeton (only played 20 games in four years). Over a decade later, he re-joined the organization as a pro scout, moved up to hockey ops, assistant GM, and now he's been promoted to GM and svp of hockey ops.

We have two individuals who played for the major junior league, a prestigious league, who are heading to the penitentiary today.'"
The Dallas Stars don't have a regional broadcaster anymore. They've parted ways with Bally Sports (formerly FOX Sports), and have pivoted to a free streaming app called Victory+ for fans in the market.
How they're going to make money on this is my first, second, and third question. Victory+ hasn't launched yet, and their tag line is "Created by Fans for Fans. Free Local Sports Is Finally Here. COMING SOON."
The parent company, aptly named "A Parent Media Company", has the Dallas-based Dude Perfect Youtubers on file. The company is also owned by the owner of of the Dallas Stars, Jim Lites.
Jim Lites, by the way, was the guy who called Tyler Seguin and Jamie Benn "f*cking horsesh&t" back in 2018. The franchise made the conference finals three times since those comments with both Seguin and Benn on the team.
And to close it out this morning: Dear Scott Laughton, I wish you were on my team.
