Maple Leafs vs. Canadiens
7:00 p.m. ET
Watch on: CBC/SN/TVAS/NHLN
Tonight the Toronto Maple Leafs take on their biggest rivals for the North Division lead in the Montreal Canadiens. The Leafs are 2-0 against them so far this season, and have opened a five point lead in the division as a result. The Habs scuffled a bit of late, going 1-3 in their last four games with losses to the Sens, Leafs and Oilers.
The Leafs are riding high despite lots of injuries to their depth, with an 11-2-1 record that’s good for first in the NHL in total points and second in points percentage. A win tonight would put the Leafs seven points up on second place, a commanding cushion that could come in handy down the line.
Do you think they’ll do it? Or are they due for a stinker of a game?
