With their final pick in the 2019 NHL Draft the Toronto Maple Leafs selected no one. Instead, the Leafs traded the 208th overall pick in this year’s draft to the Stanley Cup champion St. Louis Blues in exchange for the Blues 2020 seventh round pick.
This solves the mystery of this tweet:

This is similar to last year’s trade with the Sabres, where the Leafs got the Sabres 2018 sixth round pick in exchange for their own. The Leafs have only picked at #208 once, and they got Mike Tomlak out of the deal.
