Eemeli Rasanen was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs this summer and all anyone could talk about at the time was his height. The 6’7” defender was at first bemoaned as just another big guy on the blue line, but last night he ignored those words and became the Kingston Frontenacs offensive star.
Rasanen scored two goals, one on the powerplay, and also added two assists as the Fronts blanked the London Knights 5-0 in front of almost 10,000 Knights fans.
