The big story this week should be about Joseph Woll only letting in two goals all weekend, letting Boston College triple it’s win total from one to three, however the story now is Woll getting ejected for kicking a Merrimack player. Check out the highlights from BC Interruption:
So Joe Woll's game DQ was for "kicking." Doubt that gets reversed. You do indeed see him give a kick at a guy at about the 17 second mark. pic.twitter.com/8TyBCEJWlS

From their recap of the game:
The big story was the end of the game as a pretty big scrum erupted in Joe Woll’s crease. Woll took exception to something Merrimack did (which resulted in him losing his helmet) and he landed a couple pretty good hooks on whoever he was sparring with. Those were probably within the unwritten rules of the game, but the problem was after all was said and done, he took a bit of a kick at the Merrimack player. That earned him a game disqualification, and he’ll have to sit for Tuesday’s game against UConn.
Woll is out for one game next week, which is disappointing based on how well he played this weekend, but Merrimack got under his skin, got the kicking he felt they deserved.

Dakota played well in the second game, but the Fighting Irish weren’t willing to be beat. Overall the Buckeyes are doing well, but they need to start beating more Big10 teams to up their playoff hopes.
