Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Ottawa Senators
Leafs Pre-Season Game #6 of 6

Opponent’s site: Silver Seven Sens
The end of the beginning, the appetizer of the regular season entree; whatever you want to call it, this is the last pre-season game before the Maple Leafs kick-off the NHL regular season next Wednesday. There’s a lot on the line tonight for the few players still fighting for one of those last permanent spots in the roster. What we should see tonight—excluding Auston Matthews still out with his wrist recovering—is what the team will look like next Wednesday, with only two or three changes. Here’s our preview as your appetizer for the game:

GO LEAFS GO!
Speaking of appetizers.
Which Thanksgiving appetizer describes what you thought of the Leafs pre-season so far?
The cheese plate: very expensive for how much you get | 11 |
Olives and Pickles: they are an acquired taste; a bit sour at times | 7 |
Cured meats: delicious, but they can’t replace the meat in the main course | 11 |
The crudites veggies and dip: it’s nothing special, but someone went to the trouble of putting it there, so you have to put some on your plate and smile | 15 |
I watched none of it. Appetizers take away precious stomach space for stuffing and turkey. | 14 |
