Good Morning Leafs fans! I feel like we haven’t talked since last year (get used to jokes like those, they’ll keep coming for the next week or so). Unfortunately, the Leafs weren’t able to get a final win in 2017 as they fell to bright lights and loud sounds of Vegas and their Golden Knights. On the bright side, there is something that can always reassure us and make us smile (or should I say, someone):
Praise Auston Matthews.
Now the Leafs are set to take on the beast of the NHL. The team projected to win the Stanley Cup on the coattails of Steven Stamkos and Nikita Kucherov, who are both in the top ten in league scoring... That should be fun.
