Happy long weekend Maple Leafs fans!
It doesn’t start until this evening - unless you have a job where you work weekends, for that I’m sorry - but I’m getting into that mindset now. So, here’s my salutations for each province.
Happy Regatta Day to you Newfoundlanders and Labradorians!
Happy Terry Fox Day for you airportless Maintobians.
Enjoy running through the wheat fields on Saskatchewan Day out in Alberta. Ah, I’m kidding it’s in Saskatchewan.
Have a festive Natal Day in Nova Scotia!
Go catch a fish to celebrate New Brunswick Day out there in New Brunswick.
Celebrate your Heritage on Heritage Day in Alberta, though Saskatchewan Day is a better use of the day.
And for the rest of us it’s Civic Holiday, except three cities in Ontario who think they’re too good to have a genericly named holiday.
Now, what happened yesterday?
It’s buy out season, I guess.
