With the way this @mapleleafs team has been rolling I thought I would share a small glimpse of what @marner_93 program looked like this #offseason. I often get a lot of questions on what we do. There is a lot that goes into our programs and a definitive“WHY” to everything we do and a appropriate timing for when we do it. Remember that this is a snap shot of a 16 week program. The technique may not be perfect in everything you see here but I am ok with that as it’s a part of the process and this would be addressed in what happens away from the camera. What it does show is the level of effort, intent and purpose that Mitch trained with this summer. Good luck to the #torontomapleleafs this season.
