Happy Saturday PPPers!
Much later today, Species will have a recap of the marathon playoff game between the Toronto Marlies and the Albany Devils. As I’m typing this they’re in triple overtime. Oh hey, Marlies win! They’re on to the next round of the Calder Cup playoffs. Also no one needs to play game five, which was scheduled for tonight. I’m sure even some of the Devils are glad of that.
With the game surpassing 2:21 of the third OT, this is now the longest game in Marlies history. Remember where you were, I know I will.

Also today: the NHL draft lottery! I’m sure you’re all waiting on pins and needles to see how that unfolds. elseldo will have all the pertinent details of how to watch in a while.

Can't help but note this guy seems to be just another member of the old guard who has had little if any experience with women's hockey. Hope he’s willing to learn.
