Bless you Capitals for giving such a hilariously bad deal to a comically large piece of shit. The best part is they’re not even that subtle about the fact that they’re going to buy him out before that contract is over. The worst part is that Wilson now makes even more money to pay fines when he inevitably cheap shots half the league.

The maximum allowable fine under the current CBA is $15k. That means that Tom Wilson can now afford 2068 of those bad boys over the next 6 years while still breaking even.
