The Leafs have booked it for the west coast for the week and this is going to be one an important road trip with the team needing to turn the ship around while drama about the goalies continues. It's three games in five days, including the back-to-back which starts tonight, very late tonight for us east coasters.
Tuesday @ LA Kings: 10:30 p.m.
Wednesday @ Anaheim Ducks: 9:00 p.m.
Saturday @ San Jose Sharks: 7:00 p.m.
Speaking of that goalie drama, all eyes will be on who will start tonight. I doubt it will be Denis Hildeby against the Kings, who are easily the best of all the three teams this season–the Sharks have lost their last eight games in a row–but it might be tomorrow because of the back-to-back.
We'll have our preview of the game out probably in the early afternoon, as there likely won't be a morning skate until about that time.
Here in Toronto the PWHL had it's inaugural game featuring Toronto vs. New York and it didn't go so well for Toronto with a 4-0 loss. Here;s our recap on that game.
The quarterfinals at the World Juniors begin today. If you want to watch some early morning hockey, Canada will play Czechia at 8:30 a.m..
Enjoy your Tuesday.
