The World Junior camp invite lists came out, and from the CHL/NCAA kids we saw Nikita Korostelev get invited to join the Russians, Jeremy Bracco and Joseph Woll on Team USA’s camp list, and while it isn’t a huge announcement, Martins Dzierkals will be leading Latvia into the main group this year after helping them win Div1A last year.
Speaking of Martins, he missed this week with a lower body injury. His coach in Rouyn-Noranda said it wasn’t serious and he should be back on this ice this week and will play at the WJC.
