The Stars are visiting the Maple Leafs tonight in Toronto. Their roster includes noted goal scorer Roman Polak, who already has half the number of goals he scored last season on the books!
Tonight will also be Ron Hainsey’s 1,000th NHL game, so sit back and be ready for a ceremony to kick the night off, and a presentation of a silver stick and probably some kind of fancy $2,000 watch.
There’s no confirmation yet on whether or not Travis Dermott will be back for tonight’s game, but it sounds like he won’t play.
I hope you and your little ones had a fun and spooky night last night. Feel free to throw costume pics in the comments!

Wednesday was a quiet day for the NHL, with only one game scheduled which was played between the Canucks and Blackhawks. The NHL likely thought at the time of scheduling the World Series may still be in progress, so they kept the schedule light. The Canucks won that game by the way, with help from noted Fulemin-favourite Jake Virtanen. The Canucks now sit at the top of the Pacific division standings. I bet you didn’t see that one coming.
