It's the end of an era, with the Leafs finally making a trade Wednesday evening to send Timothy "Little Green" Liljegren to the San Jose Sharks, and getting draft picks and another defenceman in return. We have our full coverage here:
All eyes now are on the Saturday game where Jani Hakanpää can return from LTIR and potentially play, but before then the sea monsters are here, with the Seattle Kraken playing in Toronto. This is the last game they play at home before back-to-back games on the road this weekend, first on Saturday in St. Louis, and Sunday in Minneapolis.

C'est L'Halloween!
What is the best and worst Halloween candy? Growing up in the 1980's, my favourite were the mini Coffee Crisp chocolate bars. The worst were those damned raisin Glossettes. What a disappointment it was to get those and then realise they weren't the peanut variety. But I am an old now at 43, so I have no idea if they even make Glossettes anymore, though even raisins were preferable to the dentist on Cline Street two blocks over who only gave out pencils with his phone number on it.
It's a wild night where anything could happen, PPP People. Watch out for flying pineapples.
Oh, and sea monsters too. We'll have our preview of the Leafs vs. Kraken game out later this morning.
