It's always fun to dunk on the Canadiens on a Saturday night, and the Leafs did just that once again without Auston Matthews who is now officially in injured reserve status. The Habs have now slid down to be tied for last place in the entire league by points% with the hapless Sharks.
Our full recap of last night's game is over here:
However, there may be another missing piece now, with Max Pacioertty leaving the game with what appears to be a serious leg injury.
hopefully it's nothing serious

We'll probably learn more today. The Leafs next game is on Tuesday in Toronto against the Senators. It's the first of another back-to-back.
Speaking of those, the Marlies were down south in Charlotte last night and defeated the Checkers 4-3 in the first of back-to-back games there. Denis Hildeby was in net for the Marlies and Fraser Minten made his debut and notched his first point with a secondary assist on this goal.
