Nazem Kadri, FWIW, is not on a regular line this morning.

At 10:30 this morning Brendan Shanahan asked to speak to the media. It was revealed that Nazem Kadri will be suspended/scratched/sat for the next two games as punishment for a "history of incidents like this (being late to a meeting)." Shanahan insisted Kadri has a future with the team.
In his last podcast Hope Smoke brought up TJ Oshie being sat for a couple games after a similar incident. It's too much to assume this means that we'll see a Blues-like turnaround here, but if there's an ongoing matter with him, the team is fit to punish bad behaviour.
Now, as is law in 2015, here are selected tweets about the issue:

Thank god the Leafs found a way to sit one of their two best forwards against the Sabres.

Thinking out loud: If the Leafs were going to trade Kadri, they'd keep this quiet, right? This is tough love with eye on future, right?
