Toronto Sceptres @ New York Sirens
7:00 pm ET at the Prudential Center in Newark
Watch in Canada on TSN4/5 and in New York region on MSG
Outside of Canada, you can watch on thePWHL.com or their YouTube channel.
Toronto has won four straight games, including an Overtime win over Ottawa in Edmonton this week. They are tied with Boston in third place with 26 points, but by Points %, they are fourth. They are five points ahead of Ottawa and six over the Sirens. It looks like the trio below the Victoire are separating from the bottom two, but things can change fast.
New York had a great start to the season but has not managed to maintain their early winning ways. They lost 4-1 to Boston on Monday and 6-2 to Montréal last Saturday. Their last win was January 27 against Ottawa.
While their goaltending hasn't been great, New York's bigger problem during this losing skid is missing Alex Carpenter, who was injured just before the international break. She is set to return for New York tonight.
Toronto was missing Natalie Spooner in their last game, as she was held out for "load managgement", and I would expect her to play tonight. We'll know closer to gametime when lineups come out.
Until then Go, Sceptres, Go!
