Who: Toronto Maple Leafs at Detroit Red Wings
What: Game #7 of the Pre-season
Where: Joe Louis Arena in beautiful downtown Detroit, Michigan
When: 7:30pm on Leafs TV or an internet stream near you.
Why: At this point, I don't know why. Two of our top players are already banged up from pre-season games, and one will definitely miss some regular season games because of it. The other, Connolly, is questionable for the season opener next week.
How: On a sheet of ice 200ft by 85ft. 5 skaters and 1 goaltender per side. Object of the game is to whack a 3 1/2" rubber disk called the puck into a 4'x6' net with a stick made of either wood or composite materials.
