Welcome to another PPP Wisdom of Crowds. For those who didn't get to see part 1, this is a recurring series where we open up the floor to PPP commenters and readers to guess the goals and assists of players all around the league. Some time in the future, we'll look back at the average of the guesses and see how close we came to reality. Here's the link to the first set of players, who you can still vote on, if you haven't already.

In the first set of players, we took a look at some superstar centers, those among the best in the league. These players are generally in the same situation as last year, on the same team, with similar linemates, so in a sense, they're relatively easy predictions. The biggest effect on those players is, in most cases, aging, and where they are in their career relative to their prime (illustrated excellently by Scrambles in the comments regarding Anze Kopitar).

Today, we're going to depart from players experiencing continuity. The theme of this set of players is 'old faces in new places'. These are veteran players who have changed teams in the offseason, and as such, require more than a cursory look at their historical numbers to accurately forecast. Let's see if you guys are up for it.

We'll start with a player that everyone reading this blog is familiar with. For this article, I'll also include the position of the player, since it isn't always as obvious as in part 1.

Phil Kessel - RW - Pittsburgh Penguins

Milan Lucic - LW - Los Angeles Kings

Evander Kane - LW - Buffalo Sabres

Dougie Hamilton - D - Calgary Flames

Patrick Sharp - LW - Dallas Stars

Brandon Saad - LW - Columbus Blue Jackets
