It's fireworks night. What an appropriate time for the end of one of the Canucks or the Oilers. There's no team I want to win this one, but at least we know one will lose, which means there's some satisfaction to come.
9:00 p.m. ET Oilers @ Canucks (series tied 3-3)
There's one update on the game that's a big loss for the Canucks.
Sounds like #Canucks Brock Boeser's blood clot developed in his leg, something team medical staff found after Game 6.

He has been placed on blood thinning medication and is not expected to be available to play again this season.
Brutal break for #Canucks' leading goal scorer.
We will also get some hilarious online reactions to laugh at tonight, no matter which of these teams loses. Those fingers are already geared up on both sides to point everywhere.
But in the end, it doesn't even matter, as we all know the Stars are going to obliterate whatever team they face.
So watch and chat with us here, and if there's some fireworks in your neighbourhood, enjoy those too, though right now there is a very ominous line of dark clouds rolling in to downtown from the west, so you may get some natural fireworks instead of the artificial ones tonight.
