Visible to the left there is our new captain Dion Phaneuf rocking the new Leafs jersey. I'll add more pics to the post as they come but the 93 style shoulder patch is clearly visible along with the drawstring and two stripes have been added to the bottom of the jersey as expected.
The bottom of the jersey was flat; since that's not standard on EDGE jerseys I'm guessing someone used safety pins to hem the jersey for the photo op which speaks pretty highly of how dumb the EDGE jerseys are for us as fans: they look stupid when not worn over hockey gear.
I've ranted at length about not liking shoulder patches so I'll leave that for another day. More pictures after the jump:
