Two more teams were eliminated from the playoffs yesterday - first the Blues lost to the Wild 4-1, then the Senators were shut out by the Habs and ultimately lost 2-0. I picked the Blues to go all the way to the final and the Sens to make it out of the first round, so needless to say, my bracket is in shambles now. This is the second year in a row where I predicted the Blues would make the final and they lost in the first round. They always seem like such a good team, and yet... As far as the Sens-Habs series, it gave us the greatest gift of all: only one of these teams will continue to be in the playoffs. And whoever they play in the second round, we know who we'll be cheering for: Not The Habs.
