That's the whole story really. Some people love the player, some don't. I think that cap space could be better spent.

Domi exceeded his career norms in several categories on the Leafs, the only really meaningful one being the quality of his shooting inched up to almost good enough for a top-six winger territory for the first time ever.

Unfortunately he does not add any value on the power play and does not play PK, so he can be a hard player to place in the lineup.
