The Leafs two top picks in the 2015 NHL Draft have both been named to Team OHL for the 2015 CHL Canada Russia Series, which takes place from November 9 to 19.
After two games against Team WHL, Team Russia will visit Owen Sound on November 12 and Windsor on November 16 for two match-ups against against the OHL's top young players.
Dermott, taken 34th overall by the Leafs, will play in the first game. Marner, taken fourth overall, will play in the second game.
Both games will be broadcast nationally on Sportsnet at 7 p.m. and will also feature 2016 NHL Draft prospects of interest to the Leafs. In particular, Michael McLeod of the Mississauga Steelheads and Logan Brown of the Windsor Spitfires will feature prominently near the top of the 2016 NHL Draft.
