With the news that Sam Lafferty has been traded and Jones on waivers, this can only mean one thing: It's Minten Time!

The waivers procedure is the following, teams must make a claim by 2 pm Monday. The priority, if there is more than one claim, is the reverse of last year's regular season standings.

If Jones is claimed, and the claiming team puts him on waivers in the future, Toronto can claim him, and if they are the only team to put in a claim, he is deemed to have cleared waivers, and Toronto can send him to the AHL.

Toronto has also placed several other players on waivers for the purpose of reassignment to the AHL:
