Maple Leafs prospect update Feb 1-7: Champions everywhere

I added a couple extra days to the recap than usual, to get Andreas Johnson & Frolunda's Champions Hockey League victory included. Former Leaf Spencer Abbot score din the game as well, and now Frolunda is working on carrying on to win the SHL championship.

Adding this to Fabrice Herzog's Swiss Cup win, we now have two champion prospects before the season is even over!
