Today was the deadline to issue qualifying offers to RFAs. The Maple Leaf have re-signed Timothy Liljegren, per a report. So the rest were pretty easy choices.
Noah Gregor did not receive a qualifying offer from the #leafs. He'll become a UFA.

The @MapleLeafs have extended qualifying offers to Nick Robertson, Alex Steeves, Conor Dewar and Timothy Liljegren.

The club did not extend a qualifying offer to Noah Gregor.
This would appear to mean that Keith Petruzzelli and Max Lajoie are also unqualified and will become UFAs. Of course, Liljegren's contract is not official.
A full list of unqualified RFAs will be released later by CapFriendly and Puckpedia. Unqualified RFAs become UFA on July 1. They revert to RFA status at the expiry of their next contract unless they meet the rules for UFA status of some kind.
