It’s the penultimate game of the Maple Leafs’ regular season.
The Leafs have clinched a playoff spot. The Lightning have clinched a playoff spot. I really don’t care that much about what happens tonight. Well, maybe I do.

We all want them to look like they are in playoff form. Sheldon Keefe’s Marlies had a big 3-0 loss this morning to the Hershey Bears and had a great quote after the game about the situation:
The way we played today, we looked like a team that doesn’t want anything to do with the playoffs. That’s not the attitude that we want to have.
SOMEBODY FUCKING BROADCAST!
Tonight is also the last TSN broadcast of a Leafs game for this season. I will say to Ray Ferarro now, thank you for providing real, timely, and insightful in-game analysis this season. You really do beat all the competition out there at what you do.

Marlies News
The Marlies lost 3-0 to the Hershey Bears at a school day game this morning. Sheldon Keefe was very unhappy with his team which still has not clinched a playoff spot.

GO LEAFS GO!
Sure, the Leafs don’t have to win this one, but I think there’s some DANGER! If you were going to assign NHL players as bosses you have to fight in an video game RPG, Steven Stamkos and Nikita Kucherov would be them (albeit, less giant and mutated and half insectiod.) So here is, for many personal reasons I do not have the space to write about here, my favourite non-game-ending boss battle music for our Leafs’ non-season-ending battle with a really tought team.
