There remains only about one week until the Maple Leafs kick off training camp. I guess that’s why summer isn’t yet ready to leave us. Today is forecast to be in the top five hottest and most humid days of the year in Toronto.

The temperature is expected to rise to a high of 32 C by later today, and feel closer to 42 with the humidity.
Fortunately, the temperature will go down significantly by tomorrow. So stay cool, everyone, like the Leafs who are already on the ice in advance of the official start of training camp. Connor Carrick, always willing to talk at great length, shared his thoughts about the coming season, and what he did to get ready during this off-season.
