The waiting is over. Per TSN's Darren Dreger the Leafs have signed Nikolai Kulemin to a two year deal at $2.35M per.
This is an excellent job by Burke balancing Kulemin's desire to prove his increased worth to the team on par with the Gustavsson deal. It's clear what Kulemin needs to do now: light the lamp for two years and prove he's a first line winger in the NHL and he'll get paid.
Now let's hope his chemistry with Bozak and Kessel continues all season long; we're going to need it.
