The first on-ice day of Leafs camp is over, and the Buds will back again for more action today in preparation for their first preseason game. Sounds like Ron Wilson will be making sweeping cuts to the training camp roster soon, with the goal of being down to 26 or 27 players long before camp ends.
"I'm cutting through all the B.S. here and getting right down to the NHL players," Wilson said. "I'm not worried about where we're going to be in two or three years. My primary responsibility is making the playoffs this year and getting off to a good start."
