Grade Brian Burke

With the lockout ongoing, there's little Leafs news up for debate. So I was having a chat with skinnyfish earlier today and we were talking about Brian Burke's tenure thus far. I distinctly recall watching an interview with Burke where he was asked how he would grade his performance as GM to date. His answer, IIRC, was that he'd have to give himself an "incomplete". I want to revisit that question. There's no intent to make a point. I'm genuinely curious as to how the majority of Leafs fans would grade Brian Burke at this point in his tenure.
