Puck Drop: 7PM TSN
The Leafs play game three of their five game "Empty Arena Tour 2010" having gone 1-1 against Atlanta and Nashville. Oddly enough they lost to Atlanta and beat Nashville which if any of you thought would happen ahead of time you've been smoking crack or hanging out with Nostradamus.
Antero Niittymaki starts against our new bonafide geniune starter Jonas Gustavsson. PPP didn't learn my lesson about making fun of bad goalies when he confidently stated that the Leafs would have no trouble handling Ondrej Pavelec. Niittymaki's had two bad games in his past three but anything can happen when you mix streaky goalies and bad forwards.
John Mitchell and Rickard Wallin are riding pine tonight as the Leafs welcome Wayne Primeau back into the lineup. Tampa Bay will be healthy scratching Victor Hedman. Free from the burden of hoping we'll make the playoffs hopefully this Leafs team can start their standard "too late to change anything" end of season roll and win a few games just for the hell of it.
