For those of you who are unaware, my blog at leafs.hockeyanalysis.com is being taken down in the semi-near-future. Thus for the foreseeable future, I plan on taking up residency here at Pension Plan Puppets, and posting in a segment I've titled "Leafs Analysis" - If someone can suggest a better name, feel free to do so in the comments for this posting - I'm open to suggestions.
Explanation: David Johnson, who runs hockeyanalysis.com is repossessing his blog (which I support) in order to return it to his original purpose of a stats based hockey site. He offered to have me move to his new hockey community at Puckosphere.com (which I would encourage people to explore), and transfer my blog over to the new site.
I appreciated the offer, but as I have received numerous offers to blog at a variety of sites (including here at PPP), I'm going to take the opportunity to move on to a new location. I hope my readers find the environment here as dynamic and interesting as I have so far, and would encourage them to contribute to the greater PPP community and participate in the greater conversation that takes place here.
My plan is to continue posting as I have in the past, and take advantage of the tools the SB-Nation gives me access to. I will be working with the PPP tech team to (hopefully) import my old postings from leafs.hockeyanalysis.com, so you should eventually be able to surf my full archives if you wish to catch up on some of my longstanding opinions (trust me there's a lot of them).
So with that, I (re)introduce myself to the world of Pension Plan Puppets, and hope you enjoy what I have to contribute.
