Phil!

Phil returns to the city that doesn't deserve him. He'll probably get a hat trick.
Just be thankful Tyler Biggs isn't in the lineup because he would break some kind of NHL scoring record.
BURKIE DOG!
I hope you are all having a fun Halloween!
Here's a funny Halloween story!
When I was in university I worked at the Pizza Pizza call centre in Hamilton. It was actually a great gig. They paid $10.50/hour back then in 2003, which was way above minimum wage. The staff were friendly, and your hours were generally very predictable. I usually requested the 'dinner rush to close' shifts since they didn't conflict with my classes at Mac. I don't know what the situation is now, but back then Pizza Pizza had three 'call centres'. I put that in quotes because while there was a proper office in Hamilton and Ottawa, the Toronto staff actually worked remotely from their homes. In Hamilton staff worked in an office space adjacent to the store at The Delta (where King and Main Streets cross). It looks like everyone can work from home now.
Anyway, Halloween was always the busiest night. Every available staff member was booked to work, which was almost 100 people. The dinner time rush went pretty smoothly, mostly because the callers were my favourite type: the Busy Mom. Busy Moms know exactly what they want to order, how they will pay for it, and they want to place that order as quickly and efficiently as possible so they can get off the phone and go back to doing the 1,000 other things they have to take care of on Halloween night.
Busy Moms are much more preferable to deal with than the typical late night Halloween caller: the Drunk Student.
The Drunk Student is inevitably at his friends house of which he doesn't know the address; he doesn't know what he wants to order when he calls; and he isn't really sure how he will even pay for it.
Halloween night always had the most incomplete orders returned to the store because the address was wrong or because the people couldn't actually pay.
Let's get back to the funny story.
I was working at the call centre on Halloween night. I took my meal break at about midnight. On Halloween the staff were allowed to get free slices from the store located right beside the call centre. I went out the office door and started walking the 30 metres to the store entrance.
At that exact moment up pulled a really fancy stretch limousine to the store entrance. The limo door opened and out came a man who I swear looked like he was 100 years old. He had a cane, white hair, and basically looked like a stiff breeze would blow him away.
Then out of the same door came three women. They were all very young, very blonde, and very busty. All three were wearing skimpy sexy nurse costumes, complete with the little hat and giant novelty stethoscopes. They took him by the arm and helped him inside, all giggling hilariously. They picked up a pizza order, walked back to the limo and drove away.
To this day it was the most bizarre thing I have ever seen.
I hope that guy had an awesome night!
