Them

We did just play this team 10 days ago, and we do play them again on Thursday, so there's not a lot of point to rehashing who they are in detail. They are a poor possession team with terrible shooting percentages pretty much across the board.

They're on a road trip, so they did not practice on their off day.

Us

The Leafs played well against Washington, but they did make a few key errors. Matt Murray let in two he shouldn't have, and that turned a close game into a win for the other team. But it was very good to see the Leafs with the puck, shooting it from good locations, and playing better than their average at five-on-five. It was not a good night for special teams, however.

No Auston Matthews today, but he did participate fully in practice yesterday.

Lines

The Game

Do the Washington game over, only better this time.

Since this game is an afternoon start, this is also your GDT.
