I adore Dan Saraceni of Lighthouse Hockey. He never fails to have a light touch and humorous perspective on the Islanders' season, and his editorials are always scathingly on-point.
In fact, the managing editors of Raw Charge, Winging it in Motown, and Eyes on the Prize all got together and pitched in to send him a gift basket for Christmas, because we felt sorry for the endless garbage that is his team this season. (I did not ask Wheeler to pitch in with us for the gift because he's still a college kid.)
