Good morning Toronto Maple Leafs fans!
It's Saturday, and everyone is looking forward to the Canada / USA game tonight in the Four Nations Faceoff.
Canada / USA games are generally full of hype and excitement, and some are getting extra into because, sigh, (gestures at everything).
I'm working tonight, so I'll miss the game but I sure won't miss people trying to get hockey players who love in extremely privileged bubbles to comment on world affairs, because why would you even try that?
Anyway, we're expecting the start of a big winter storm here in Southern Ontario, so here are some links, and chat about how your town is also completely sold out of rock salt / ice melt.
Anyone you want on Chicago? Or do you want to copy/paste this article like several other websites did?
Looking at you YardBarker.
Are people watching the FNF? A little.

Darren Dreger is putting Leafs rumours out there. Must get some attention to do that
"Toronto is pretty high on the list of intriguing teams looking to make a deal."@DarrenDreger discusses the Maple Leafs heating up in the trade market in the NHL and the players to watch in possible deals.#LeafsForever pic.twitter.com/fJnmPlnby0

The Scepters will take on the Ottawa Charge on Sunday in Edmonton, and the game has been long sold out.
Just like on the ice, field hockey needs more officials. Can everyone lay off the officials?
Leafs prospects scoring? You betcha.
Finally, the WHL is expanding as the Penticton Vees leave the BCHL to move up to major junior.
I'm told that Penticton will be entering the WHL as an expansion team next season.

They have already paid 7-figure fees to both Kelowna and the league.
In JrA they have us Brett Hull, Andy Moog, and Ray Ferraro. What will the WHL bring?
Enjoy your day everyone!
