As we roll through summer it's time to get our your calendars and pencil in some dates for the next season.

First, the Marlies released the date of their home opener yesterday, and it's reported that the full schedule will be out today.

Speaking of schedules, Hockey Canada released the schedule for the 2024-25 Canada USA rivalry series. There's two stops in Canada, one in PEI and one at Halifax, both in early February. The full schedule is here.

Schedule and Scores
The 2024-25 Rivalry Series will feature five games, with Canada set to play host in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island in February. The first Canadian stop will see the cross-border rivals face off at Scotiabank Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia, home of the Halifax Mooseheads of the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), on Thursday, Feb. 6 at 7 p.m. AT. The teams will then travel to Summerside, P.E.I., to play at Credit Union Place, home of the Summerside Western Capitals of the Maritime Hockey League (MHL), on Saturday, Feb. 8 at 7 p.m. AT.

Also to be scheduled are salary arbitration cases. Here's a look at some interesting cases, though there's no Leafs in this one.
