Maybe St. Paul will be more kind to the Leafs than St. Louis? The Leafs will face the Wild in St. Paul, Minnesota tonight after their poor showing in St. Louis, Missouri last night where they lost 4-2. Here's our recap of that game.
So it's now the second game of a back-to-back, both with travel. It's gonna be a fun one. We'll have our preview out later this morning, though there's no expectation of changes other than Stolarz likely starting tonight instead of Woll, though that's still to be confirmed.
Here's the presser from last night:
The Marlies also lost 4-2 last night. Matt Murray was in net and Jani Hankanpää who was loaned to the team by the Leafs for conditioning was playing, though Leafs prospect Fraser Minten who was also loaned to the Marlies after his season-opening injury did not play last night. The Marlies next game is against the Checkers in North Carolina next Saturday.
Note the start time for tonight's game is 6:00 p.m. ET.
See you all in the GDT.
Prospects
