God I love the World Juniors. There is nothing better than watching Team Canada take on the world over the holidays. I like it when it's in Europe because you can wake up, turn on the TV, and watch the games while having a leisurely breakfast with the family. Unfortunately, one thing that is usually missing from those tournaments are the fans which is why the IIHF wants Canada to host the tournament every year. I don't think I like that idea. Aside from the unfairness of having home ice advantage every year there is the issue of revenue splitting that would need to be addressed.

- Michael Aldred has a recap of last night's game. Here's one quibble I had from last night's coverage: Markstrom is not a diver. He flopped once when a Swede was driven into him but he got nailed three other times. His helmet does come off comically easily though.
- Blurr's got a beef so look out Bloods. I mean, he must be a Crip right? Their colour is blue.
- TSM can't believe how bad sports radio is in Toronto. Or how dumb Berger is.
- Steve is going to pop a vein at Berger's stupidity. I am sensing a pattern: Howard Berger is a moron. Actually, if you only click one link make it that one.

- Matt Stajan threw up on Loser Domi's shoes. Not really but she wrote a new player's perspective.
- The General has a new poll and more explanations. I want none of those SOBs back. Except Steen who I told you all was awesome.
- Eyebeleaf is weird with his decisions about which players to boo. Try hard and suck and not really get worked up about it = boo. Suck and not give a damn and repeatedly state that fans shouldn't boo = not boo. Take 9 months to come back to hockey for a team that is not the one that you always wanted to retire with = handjob./
