Yesterday was Michel Therrien's birthday. For his birthday, the Columbus Blue Jackets got him a puck for every game in which Montreal had registered a point so far this season. They delivered them into Al Montoya's net.

Yeah, there were actually 11 goals but one was called back.
Reminder that the Habs traded Mike Condon to the Sens for a pick. Condon got a shutout in his first game for the Sens.

Four Nations Cup
Final two games happen today: Finland vs Sweden at 8 am (so, now) for third place and then USA vs the undefeated Team Canada for the gold. Hopefully Canada can repeat yesterday's success and make Team USA less smug. You can watch both games live here.

Olympic Qualifying
Group G (Great Britain, Kazakhstan, Mexico and Poland) have the day off but you can see the round robin results so far here and take in tomorrow's games live here. Currently Mexico's hopes of advancing to the next round in December look pretty dim.
Group H (Spain, the Netherlands, Italy and Slovenia) are in action today. Only two games have been played so far, so it's still anybody's tournament to win but the Netherlands beat Slovenia 14-1 yesterday. Just sayin'. Results here, livestream here.
