Happy All-Star Draft Day everybody! Will Kessel go first? Last? Somewhere in between? Oh the excitement is almost too much for me!
Speaking of All-Star games, I was at the CHL Top Prospects game last night, and I'll have a bit more on that experience later, but it was what we want an All-Star game to be. Not quite the best out of the CHL, those are usually the kids who are in their post-draft year, but some of the best players facing off in an actual hockey game that matters to them, and holds meaning. There were quite a few big hits thrown, a moment where we thought someone broke Connor McDavid, and another kid limping off the ice. Am I saying I want the All-Star Game to become the Thunderdome?
